Erick arrived on time. He was courteous and respectful. His ability to understand our needs and explain the options revealed his knowledge and experience as well as his ability to help us make good choices in our project. Erick is definitely a good ambassador for Olympic Plumbing Technology.
Jake Roderick communicated when he was going to show up, explained everything clearly, and even found a problem I wasnt aware of. He fixed everything quickly and helped to schedule additional work that was required. Super professional and respectful of the property.
Jake did a great job on our propane line repair. A little pricey, but I guess it’s a fixed cost item.
Keenon did great job installing gas water heater was very impressed with his craftsmanship.
Could not have had a better experience with Alec!
