We are very happy with the services we received. Brandon was efficient and knowledgeable, and he explained how the sump pump functions, and showed me how it was installed. Same goes for the yard hydrant that he installed. We also got a new bathroom faucet which was installed by Brandon’s assistant and he also did a great job.
I spoke with Melody at the call center twice, as she needed permission from the homeowner to perform the repairs. She was very nice and professional, answered my questions, and helped me get same day service even though they already had a lot of bookings for the day. I was told to expect the technician between 1100-1700, and Steven S. showed up at 1100 almost on the dot.
