Our Technician, Fate. Called me 20 minutes before arrival and arrived at our home exactly 20 minutes later. After Fate arrived, he assessed the problem with both our toilets that were leaking internally and causing our water bill soar. He methodically outlined separate remedies for both toilets. Once I agreed with his recommendations, he proceeded to fix the leak in both toilets at a price lower than I was expecting.
