I wouldn’t live here if rent was $20 a month or even free. Drugs and crime everywhere and ALOT of mold. Homeless people in back of complex and almost stepped on several needles. No amentities, and I sware police were here every other night. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
We moved out in December but still haven't received our refund check. Initially, we were told we had to wait 90 days after the first check was sent to the address we had just moved from, even though I provided a forwarding address when I dropped off my keys in the drop box. I would have handed them to Dani, the manager, but she was never there. The mold is terrible and it’s not just in the apartment but outside on the balcony and stairs. The management refuses to be reasonable. Glad they got new maintenance people.
I just moved in, and I had to move across country… I was really nervous cause I’ve never moved so far before, but it went super smoothly and was really easy. The manager Dani is very friendly and the apartments are huge! Thank you Dani for making my move smooth and easy, we so appreciate you! And we love the apartments!
