Prior to accepting contract spoke with Eileen, seemed nice, professional at first, once contract signed everything went down hill from there. Was informed by driver cost would be lower than estimate/invoice due to equipment placed and delivery area, when mentioned to staff, noted driver had written a statement at the bottom of invoice that I'd agreed to give driver discounted amount which I didn't do and told by staff they were unaware even though the written statement wasn't on my invoice!!??, staff was unable to explain, V... read more
We contracted with Olympic Movers to move our household goods from one house to another in Olympia. During the move, the movers caused significant damage to the wood floor in the house being moved out of. We submitted a damage claim and it was rejected. We then re-submitted the claim with time-stamped photos proving the movers caused the damage on the day of the move, but that claim was also inexplicably denied.
