Reliable, professional, and personal to individuals situation
Hard to schedule an appt. Does not seem to be much for PT’s. employed there. The front is friendly and clean. A person is assigned to disinfect after every patient is done with the station. Can’t say enough about Hector Poznick. Very knowledgeable. Only pt to help me with Achilles tendon. Issue. I was looking at surgery, , but the “Hec” saved the day. I also saw Adrian who was an ace at taking care of old farts .good luck

Errin Chappel is the first physical therapist to listen to me about pain from a two years ago back surgery. This is my third round of physical therapy post op. The things she says make sense to me. We’re making progress and it’s appreciated!
While the physical therapist is better than others, it is very frustrating to consistently be in the waiting room before the check in time, but the therapist is always late, as much as 12 minutes, without making up for it by running over that amount of time. No apology for the lateness. The other office had a therapist that was well over 10 minutes late every time and was rushing through the appt.
