My wife was seen tonight we showed up at about 3:15 3:20 in the afternoon Super Bowl day they got his back right away it is now 9:30 all they had to do was a CT scan and a real quick little procedure and 6 1/2 hours later wow they are the slowest our nurse short little gal with glasses asked me to step out she would be right out after they got done with the procedure which should have only took about 25 to 30 minutes well that turned into over an hour and 45 minutes she still has yet to come out if you're going to lie make i... read more
The staff and the level care were phenomenal, I would recommend anyone to seek them out if there is a problem physically. Just felt the need to update; two weeks from ER visit and as a direct results of the instructions and procedures learned I am getting better.
I called OMC Physicians Clinic on a Friday morning for a refill for my INSULIN because I was out. When I called the pharmacy at 6:00 that evening, they still had not received the refill. When I called the OMC Walk-in Clinic to check on the status of the prescription, they couldn't help me get my INSULIN refill to the pharmacy because they didn't have access to that even though they share a building with OMCPC. OMC and its staff have saved my life more times than I can count. Noel in particular is the kindest employee I’ve met in my last 2 years coming to this hospital. Thank you Noel, thank you staff, thank you OMC❤️
People are friendly but the hospital is overloaded and everybody is overworked so nothing happens fast it takes forever to get answers on meds it takes forever to get meds if you're in pain you better go to another hospital cuz all they're going to give you is Tylenol and oxytocin which are not anti-inflammatory pain relievers. And you're going to be in pain . You ask for more pain relievers is going to take them an hour to come back and tell you no
