My wife was seen tonight we showed up at about 3:15 3:20 in the afternoon Super Bowl day they got his back right away it is now 9:30 all they had to do was a CT scan and a real quick little procedure and 6 1/2 hours later wow they are the slowest our nurse short little gal with glasses asked me to step out she would be right out after they got done with the procedure which should have only took about 25 to 30 minutes well that turned into over an hour and 45 minutes she still has yet to come out if you're going to lie make i... read more
The staff and the level care were phenomenal, I would recommend anyone to seek them out if there is a problem physically. Just felt the need to update; two weeks from ER visit and as a direct results of the instructions and procedures learned I am getting better.
I called OMC Physicians Clinic on a Friday morning for a refill for my INSULIN because I was out. When I called the pharmacy at 6:00 that evening, they still had not received the refill. When I called the OMC Walk-in Clinic to check on the status of the prescription, they couldn't help me get my INSULIN refill to the pharmacy because they didn't have access to that even though they share a building with OMCPC. I recently had to visit the ER and I was able to get the help I needed. There were a lot of people helping me while I was there and they were all very kind. The doctor and nurses checked on me regularly and made sure I stayed hydrated. The lady doing my bloodwork was very gentle and I appreciated her. One of the nurses(?) was a bit inconsiderate and told me to stop seeking attention. She said something like “Stop all of this. Just stop that. Stop asking for attention.
