The older gentleman that helped me was kind and informed me that to fix it, he had to take the ring downstairs to where the cleaning machine was, so I wasn't worried. He was trustworthy and the entire exchange took ten minutes at best, to clean and repair my ring. I'd highly recommend this jeweler.
