We have been dealing with them for over 3 years. Other than the day we picked our new CR-V, we haven't had a single positive experience with their unreliable and uncaring service department. They won't be seeing us again.
Very Unkind and unprofessional Human works here. Lie, do not communicate including service and dealership manager. Did so many bad things to My Honda Pilot which was in for Honda specified recall and scratch my car, battery dead, threat to stop receiving service. Blame me and car for dead battery and i am still driving the same care with same battery. I hope they had have some level of shame. very bad experience i bought brand new honda civic in nov 2024 and i was offered first oil change free and today i went there for first oil change service and they charged me full amount and they say that your offer is not written in our system but i told them that this is not my problem but eventually they charged me. just to share everyone that what ever you talk to your salesperson tell him/ her to write it down otherwise you will loose they are very bad in customer services @disappointed
To sit and wait for service And watch how miserable all the service people are was painful. Last time we will be taking our car to them.
