I had a great experience with Maggie at Olympic Honda. She provided excellent customer service, patient and professional while helping me figure out what service my car was due for! She took the time to clearly explain everything and answered all of my questions thoroughly.
Do NOT take your car to this dealership for service. I took my perfectly functioning Civic to Olympic Honda for a fuel pump recall and they ruined my car. The engine light continued to come on for 8 months after the recall, despite me taking it back to them twice to fix it. I ended up having to pay $1000 out-of-pocket to a mechanic to replace the brand new fuel pump that Olympic Honda replaced just months earlier.
Do your mental sanity a favour, and stay away from this place. Poor management, poor resolution, poor service, and poor communication
