I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Olympic Honda in Guelph. What should have been a straightforward recall repair turned into a nearly two-month ordeal. The A/C compressor recall part on my 2016 Honda Civic had already failed multiple times, and when I contacted the dealership in May, I was told there were no available appointments and that I needed to book a diagnostic appointment before they would even address the recall issue. Well I would like to thank Andrea for all her help, with helping my son buy his first car in April 2026 and myself upgrading to a new vehicle in June 2026. Andrea goes above and beyond, I recommend her for anyone looking to buy a Honda. I have been to many dealership and most sales reps are all about pushing just to get a sale not Andrea.
