Pathetic customer service they told me that the work will be done by 5pm and my appointment was at 830am and I reached at 835am they did the inspection and my car went inside the garage at 2 pm and work was not completed till 630 pm and interim wanted a status update and the guy at the front desk told me It is taking time your car is next and then I went again and he’s looking doing it don’t worry and finally I got my car at630 pm with no clarity why it took more than 7 hours to get the work done. I called to book a service appointment for my Honda CR-V, but the person who answered at the service desk was very rude and seemed unwilling to help me arrange the repairs. His manner was unwelcoming and made me uncomfortable about taking my vehicle there. I would rather drive to Kitchener, where the staff are professional, welcoming, and get the job done properly.
Picked up some parts for my car. Special thanks to Kevin for being a fantastic person to deal with!
The guys did amazing job I'm very very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend them.
