Yesterday, I brought my vehicle in for the Brake Pedal Pivot Pin recall service. The experience was incredible from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. Everything was explained clearly, and the work was completed quickly. I truly appreciate the fantastic service and care I received. I’ll definitely recommend Olympic Honda to others.
I bought honda civic 2025. I make service 2 times the service was bad. One time they scrach body of my car second time they broke bolts for cover of engine filter. When is broken the service guy he is not reported when I check to pick up my car I see the broken guys before pick up your car check your car properly.
I deeply regret ever trusting this dealership with our car! Our vehicle went in for a "Honda-issued Recall" related to the fuel pump system, a problem we never had before. After that service, the car has never been the same! The fuel meter gets stuck at half after every fill-up, and the dash shows recurring “Fuel Gauge System Problem” and “Emission System Problem” errors.
