I brought my 2015 honda accord in for service and to put on my snow tires which I had them store for me. After waiting all day and zero communication I went back after said pick up time to find out my car was still being serviced. Eventually the service manager came out to tell me they had lost my snow tires and they would contact me when they could resolve the situation.
