Attention, attention, attention. I came to change the engine oil at a cost of $160, and after 10 minutes they said that the car said that the oil change needs $450 because the bolt broke and it was broken before, even though the car has been parked in front of the house for two months and there is no oil drip and the car is in excellent condition. First let me say I'm very surprised at the level of service at this Honda dealership. But this dealership/service is below some of the other locations in my opinion. I couldn't get in my trunk. Took it to this dealership and it took 2 hours for them to get in the trunk for a faulty lock and cable. (2022 Honda) No problem they did testing on the other components etc. I'm told 2.2 hours estimate to install the new lock. I ordered and paid for the part and have to go back to have the part installed. Car is booked for 8:30 am. C... read more
Incompetent and rude. Worst experience. This place has the worst now. Never again .
Posted this review 6 years ago but am updating with another poor review! After the absolutely terrible customer experience and criminal prices, I moved my business to Quick Lane Ford just down the street. I had a complete diagnostic run at Quick Lane but they recommended working with Honda for a Honda specific sensor. When I talked to Honda with a full diagnostic report, they said I needed to rerun the diagnostics because the report I got could not be trusted. It would cost $150 for the diagnostic report alone!
