Invested with bedbugs roaches and mice… pool hasn’t been open in at least 7 years… regular shootings…. Run down buildings with paint and plaster barely holding it together…. Empty promises by new management companies every few months they sell the place… not kid friendly at all… the pictures look like an entirely different place…
These apartments have been horrible. When I was set to move in, I had my first load of things to drop off. Once I got access to my apartment, the inside was trashed. I ended up leaving my uhual and taking my car to get cleaning supplies to clean my new unit before moving any of my stuff in. All the counters were greasy, the oven was a disaster, had to tighten all the sinks because all the faucets were loose and the stove top wasn't secured (it literally is only connected by the wiring). Yeah the maintenance here did a wonderful job on my bathroom and replacing my lights in my bathroom he did a good job
There was a shooting around this area last night affecting 6 people. Beware of the location where you choose to live. Anywhere along south Academy and the Citadel area you should be cautious.
