I got to say was upset with conditions but new management is trying to make it better so i decided to change my rating as long as they keep up the good work ill be happy hopefully they will fix rest of my apartment soon
I have been on an apt search the past two days & I have gotten lots of diff info. I called Olympic Gardens (1/22/16) to get information on an opening for a new lease. The woman who answer picked up the phone and said "hello." i then asked if this was olympic gardens and she said "yeah." Then when I proceeded to try and get info on next opening she told me i had to pay for an application and after that there is still no sure way to know when the next available apartment is...
