I have been a patient of Dr Harris for years now and you can tell he loves his work and does an amazing job. I'm not sure how other posters came to the conclusion that he is soon retiring (office Mgr did retire) but I spoke with their office this morning to make my annual apt and they assured me he will be around for a few more years at least. Glad to hear it!
Its unfortunate that a corporation has bought out this eye clinic because i have had good quality care up to this point with Dr. Harris. I was accidentally DOUBLE charged for glasses over 500$ and told the charges would be reversed by end of business day, yet no reversal has happened. I was told by the manager they now need "corporates approval hopefully by end of business day or tomorrow, but they dont really know" to reverse the over 500$ charge. Corporate clearly doesn't care.
