Update: In your response, you mentioned a minimum hours document that I was notified about and signed. However, no such document exists, nor did I ever ask for one. You also failed to follow up. Our strata manager has confirmed that no such document or set amount of hours exists. You have my email and phone number, send me that document and I will remove my review. After a frustrating experience with Olympic Controls, I must caution potential customers. Charged for four hours of work, they later admitted it was actually three—a recalculated figure presented after many months. In reality, the service required barely an hour. They even claimed 20 minutes just for walking to my condo despite having dedicated parking and elevators.
