Update: In your response, you mentioned a minimum hours document that I was notified about and signed. However, no such document exists, nor did I ever ask for one. You also failed to follow up. Our strata manager has confirmed that no such document or set amount of hours exists. You have my email and phone number, send me that document and I will remove my review.
