My biggest complaint is the service advisor did not communicate well with us, and a 2 hr appt took a while day and a half. We had to bring our vehicle in twice for an alignment and tire balance. The other service advisor we talked to did very well, and got things figured out for us inna timely manner and made sure we were treated right!
Our car was serviced in a timely manner. Polite people to work with.
