Super friendly staff. My buddy got a flat riding down the Truckee River and they had him in and out in about 10 minutes. Total pro's.
This place was amazing! It was our first time renting bikes. Joe helped us out extensively, he knew every direction, time length, we really felt he wanted us to have the best experience. The rates are very reasonable as well. We will definitely go back!!!
This is a well run bike shop with very knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend it. They have the Trek Domane 5 road bike but they only have a few so reserve one if you can, it is a fine bike. Their other bikes are also well chosen and well maintained. The bike trails are good, if a bit bumpy, and the roads are fine for road biking but every here and there the paved shoulders are small or disappear for a while. The staff can guide you in where to bike. 5 stars.
Found this shop because of the maps they posted on Avenza...thanks! Really helpful for out-of-towners getting back into riding non-motorized bikes. Picked up some accessories and had great help from Phil. If we lived here, this would be our "home" shop.
Best bike shop on the planet. Friendly engagement from the entire staff. Always up to date with the current products and technologies. Of course the shop is in Tahoe!Ya know!
