Harrison put a damper on our vacation. He told us it would take 1 hour tops to reseal my front tire.. It took over 5. Thinking we were going to be able to ride today, and not being able to because of a horrible ETA. I would've delt with it differently if he gave me a somewhat accurate ETA.
RecommendedRented bikes for our honeymoon, we rode to Squaw Village, it was so pretty and an easy ride. Customer service here was fantastic.
I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Olympic Bike Shop. From how seriously they are taking COVID to going above & beyond in their customer service, I can't recommend them enough. I originally stopped by to buy my first pair of bike shoes with cleats. The salespersons were super patient with my newbie questions, which I super appreciated. Called last minute for two Fuel EX 8 demos, Peter hooked us up! Excellent customer service and super stoked on getting us riding again after a morning of issues.

I highly recommend Olympic Bike Shop. I’m from the east and vacationing for a week in Lake Tahoe. They were very nice and informative and fair and reasonable. Phil went over and above making sure everything was right and gave good advice on various routes. I had a tough but great 25 mile ride on a bike a distinct notch better then the one I own.
Excellent place and friendly people. Oh and saw Harry at his “other” job. Very glad this place worked out for us. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.
