Terrible customer service
This guy is a con artist. He don’t own the vehicles he sells. My daughter never got her title for her jeep so was forced to go through him to use it as a trade in. She never got the license plate after three months for her Mustang and after being in an accident can’t settle with the insurance company because Bart never registered the car in her name (because he don’t own it, registered to some lady named Dian Lee). Awesome car lot bart was so helpful and accommodating great experience
Don't waste your time. After over a year I never received my plates and after almost 6 months I have not received my title. I will be filing a complaint with the DOL and WSIADA. Bart has had multiple chances to make things right, or at least tell me the truth, but every conversation was lies and gaslighting. I really thought I could trust Bart, it's a shame it didn't turn out that way.
