Went to a twins game. Paid $20 for parking. Luckily I drive a Tesla and was able to geo locate my car. Was told I didn’t put the ticket on my dash. Nowhere in the lot did it say that was needed. I had to enter my license plate number into a machine to pay and was still towed. Ubered to the company and employees were rude. Was told it was on my ticket that it needed to be put on my dash. Great service, has been super reliable both times I've worked with them.
Ben towed my RV twice. Once from the roadside, and again to a second service location. He noticed a part on his truck was cracked and he wouldn't risk damaging my vehicle using sub-par equipment. He returned with newly replaced equipment to put my mind at ease. Was very very decent on his rates. Friendly, punctuality a bonus these days, was careful with my vehicle, took a route that kept us out of harms way off the interstate, I gave him all the cash I had for a tip, what more can I say..
