I've been a member for years and it's my all-time favorite place to work out. Pleasant staff, great trainers, clean and the equipment is always in tiptop condition. Private workout room of the women's locker room , as well as hot tub and shower. Everything you need'
Our first day at this new gym and someone steals my toddlers shoes from his cubby. This isn't starting off well. I'm not impressed with your staff and how this was handled.
Terrible. Snotty, condescending. Managers Mark and Melissa are the worst. Not the WAC, but definitely wack. Trainers inappropriate with female clients, shady business practices. Destroying Old Ballard. Not worth the money. Why? LA Fitness is just as good. After 10 years as a member plus growing up there as a kid, I'm so disappointed with how corporate and uncaring they've become. Bad for Ballard. Bad for business. Shame, OAC, shame.
Very friendly staff, clean locker rooms and separate rooms for Olympic lifting verses machines.
