Nicole rang me this morning in response to the snarky paper letter I'd mailed back to her, along with a paper check for ½ my water bill. She'd actually emailed me yesterday albeit I overlooked her correspondence. Nicole was tremendously patient and very friendly, a refreshing change of attitude from the nasty city workers in FL. They don’t deserve a rating at all. They’re rude, dishonest, and godly over priced for lackluster service in this community. We moved out in October, and they continued holding me responsible for the bills at that address until April. Wow! Can’t wait to do business with these people again in the near future!!! Sarcastically speaking that is. Typically, if you don’t have anything nice to say then don’t…in this case, I had to!!! Something has to change, it’s ludicrous!!!
Nicole is not helpful, first she gave me an incorrect number for collections and they were sending letters to an address I don't live at. If something wasn't paid they should be calling since it's 2023 and people don't look at mail anyway.
The garbage department is managed by the worst and billing is unhelpful. Privatize these services!!!
