I really don't even know how to describe how I was treated today the best word would be discrimination.....My experience shopping at Olympia Supply/Ace hardware was completely shocking. My husband and I were looking for some screws and nuts for a project and a very nice man with Blonde hair was helping us, then next thing I know this guy comes out of nowhere and tells us "you have to put a mask on" I said I can't due to issues and he said if you don't you have to leave....I said are you the owner he said no I'm not but I wor... read more
Shower arm mount broke, and looking around online I wasn't optimistic. Stopped in at Olympia Supply & Ace Hardware. They had exactly what I needed.
Shout out to Olympia Supply. I couldn't find a 3" ball valve yesterday. I called Olympia Supply, and they said that they didn't have one but could get it to me the next day, so I ordered it. They didn't charge me in advance, or even ask for a deposit. The guy drove to his supplier on his way home from work to pick it up for me, and it was sitting on the counter when I went in today to pick it up. This is the best local hardware store in town, you get great service, high quality goods and support local people, not a corporation.
When All Else Fails, Call Olynpia Supply! I deal with a lot of odd, older, unique plumbing fixtures. On many occasions I have called Olympia Supply and they have what I need, when my regular plumbing vendors don't. I love the variety and value they offer.

This store is close to my house so I go there to buy little things but the way I am treated leaves much to be desired. Ignored, not treated with much respect as a customer, only got help once a long time ago. today I was asked if I was finding things okay when I told them I was looking for a particular type of bolt I kind of expected the guy to help me find it but he just walked away leaving me to look for the thing myself took me 10 minutes with help I could have gotten in and out.
