I highly recommend Olympia and Joe! They came out on the Friday before the Fourth of July and were able to take care of my drain issue just in time for the holiday. Joe was courteous, honest, professional, and quickly solved the problem. Living in a high-rise can sometimes make plumbing work more complicated, but he expertly snaked my drain and charged a fair, realistic price. I don't write many reviews, but I have to say that Olympia Services did an outstanding job cleaning up my water leak. Supervisor Alexis and his Technical Team Ricardo and David Jr showed up immediately to identify and isolate the problem and begin the water mitigation process. These guys are experts and were very prompt and professional throughout the process. Our condominium building has used Olympia services many times. Sadly, my own unit had had a flood and I had to call them in. We have had excellent service. They were prompt. They have set up the fans for several days and today came and checked, and we are moisture free and can begin the renovation. All my cabinets had to be removed. Special thanks to Alex Sandoval. He was the supervisor for this job, he is professional, friendly, and prompt high praise to him.
