The owners dont care about the employees or customers or falsification on invoices or fraud. Cheap building materials low quality. Multiple times requested asbestos training and they refused, now that i know the dangers i know im screwd thanks John for seting up a containment around me and the asbestos with no proper ppe.
We had extensive water damage, including carpet. Olympia services promptly responded. Cesear the worker was always prompt & professional. Completion was done within a week-can't tell where any of the damage was. Excellent service!
They were called by my HOA for a leak/plumbing issue coming from my unit to my neighbors unit. They charged $340 to diagnose the problem which didn't involve any parts or labor. They determined it was the washer coming from my unit. Then I was responsible for the damage to neighbors unit. Which they also got paid for. THEN the leak happened AGAIN. This time I hired a plumber to go out and we found out it was the pressure regulator that kept causing the hose to leak on the washer. Their plumber obviously never tested it and m... read more
