Our stay this past April was not good. It started with a rude waitress when we ate lunch (the food is very good though). Our room did not have heat, and was not fixed before we left. We did accept a free breakfast in place of having heat in the room. There was mold in the bathrooms, and old food behind the nightstands. For what we paid, we could have had a large 2-bedroom condo in the Dells. Comment card was filled out, but I'm sure was thrown away. Will never spend money to stay there again.
