I also need to downgrade my initial review from 5 to 1. Though nice fellows, either their lack of experience or inattention to detail resulted in significant damage to the house I'm living in. They cut a hole in the roof to install a new vent for the bathroom and didn't properly seal it resulting in a serious leak. Two years later the bathroom ceiling collapsed in the middle of the night. Changing review from 5 stars to 1. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We recently learned that they did not connect the bathroom exhaust fan to the vent in the roof or seal the roof around the vent. As a result, rainwater and bathroom moisture have been pooling over the bathroom ceiling for over two years and the bathroom ceiling drywall collapsed. The damage probably would have been a lot worse if the roof did not have such a steep pitch. I've had Olympia Remodeling do 3 projects on my house so far. First was three years ago - a new 18'x12' deck. They didn't cut any corners regarding materials, waterproofing, or structural supports; the guys really cared about the final product. The second project was last year - replacing all the insulation in my crawl space and spraying all my joists with a protective coating. They completed a full bathroom remodel for us and we are very happy with the results. We found them to be flexible, responsive to our ideas, and brought in some great sub-contractors for the job. We would hire them again for work on our house.
