I thought Curtis did a great job as customer service rep.
Customer representatives are friendly and patiently when requested a question. Waiting area is clean, also, provide beverages for customers. Thank you! One thing I would like to point out. After maintenance service, the technician should clean the oil left on the vehicle. I have seen greasy spots inside the cabin. Overall, it good customer service.
