I had an excellent experience with the Mazda Service Department at Olympia Mazda. I was dealing with a tricky rotor issue, and they didn't stop until they figured it out. Dealership excellence at dealership prices. Nobody's saying it's a bargain so caveat emptor.
Make sure you get Annaken or Jesse as mechanics to do the work on your vehicle ... they are the best ...and honorable and very competent and take pride in doing things right ...
While originally satisfied with my purchase, I have unfortunately found myself incredibly frustrated with the service provided by Olympia Mazda. My car has been in their service center for nine weeks and I have yet to receive an estimate. Absolutely ridiculous service. Dropped off my CX-50 nearly 3 weeks ago, and for 2 whole weeks, the car didn’t move—confirmed by the Mazda app. Called and left a message, only to find out there were no notes on my account, so apparently, only my service advisor Carl could provide any info. Two days later, I called again and left another message—nothing. By week 3, I called once more, was promised a call back the next day, and guess what?
