I have lived here for a little over two years, the neighbors are great. The area is very quiet and I love that we are surrounded by trees.  That is the only positive.  The property manager is very rude and try’s to treat us as if we were under HOA.  We are not.  I’ve been told my children can’t play with chalk outside, my children’s riding toys aren’t allowed to be outside. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. It is nice, quiet and very friendly.

I absolutely love living here, but lately the situation with the kids that live here have gotten completely outta control. I can't even enjoy sitting out on my lil concrete area cause a LOT of the kids...(plus even kids that live next to the apts.) flock outside my door, plus they scream for hours, I can't hear my TV they are always leaving their trash when they're done playing (which is usually dark by then) right in front of my place. I’ve been here over a year. Pam the office manager is wonderful and Hank our maintenance man is great. If you have a problem no matter what time day or night all you have to do is call and they take care of it for you.
