They are suprisingly fast. My oil change only took maybe 25 minutes. The customer service is awesome. It’s why I take my ram truck to a jeep dealership.
I’ve serviced my Grand Cherokee here ever since I bought it and have always received great service. Cody specially is prompt, explains things very well, and is very professional.
Jesse was very helpful in getting me pricing for all of the 100,000 mile service upkeep I needed done. I was gonna go out of town for a couple of days and thought they could have the whole week to work on my jeep and they still were able to get it done before I even left town. I’m very happy with how my Jeep is running. Great service group there. Great communication.
