Don’t let the friendly sales pitch fool you. I recently purchased a vehicle here, and the post-sale customer service has been absolutely terrible. On my drive home, I noticed a chip in the windshield. When I reached out to my salesman, Michael Ellis, he claimed they believed it had already been filled. The next day, I properly cleaned the glass to inspect it and found a total of nine small chips.
