We have been customers of theirs before with great success. This time however there was different staff. They do not answer their phone and took a week and a half to call me back to say they were open for business. When I got in there because of a failing charger port on an older IPhone the person behind the counter which was a good 8-9 feet away because they have you blocked in to the entrance took my phone said it had lint in the charger port and then charged me 15.00 Did not give a receipt either nor ask if I wanted one. ... read more
I’ve been in twice and both times I’ve left with my devices completely fixed! Awesome staff with very reasonable prices and really quick! Highly recommend and will be a repeat customer for sure! You guys are awesome!

I was told I had to leave the password to my phone in order to repair my screen. I questioned why and was told that it was for warranty purposes. I asked what the warranty was on the new screen. They dont have one. I asked again why they needed the password to replace the screen. The guy helping me went and got the other guy who told me if I didn’t give them my password they wouldn’t fix my phone. This store is small, with no much on sale except batteries, bulbs, and some miscellaneous, but their customer service is world-class, I had an issue with my iPhone and I needed urgent care (I mean, my phone :D). They made sure I was helped and did all the humanly possible to help me fix the issue. The end of the story is that they could fix it without using any parts and they didn´t want to charge me just for the labor. MY HONEST OPINION of OLYMPIA iPHONE REPAIR They really deserve MORE THAN 5-STARS ;I live in our Capitol City of Olympia WA. I searched on the web for the nearest Apple Store and found myself driving to Tacoma ( about 33 miles or half-an-hour on a non-busy day ) to have the battery in my OLD IPhone serviced. Naturally, it is out-of-warrantee and I had no annual service contract. They told me they had no batteries in stock for such old phones.
