Olympia is simply a quality company, caring hospice group. I found them during a very difficult time in my life in 2025. They made my dad’s last days as comfortable as possible, given his debilitating condition. His nurse, Elizabeth, was visiting daily. Even their social worker Helen still follows up with me months later. The emotional support we received after my dad’s death is priceless. If you or anyone you know is in need of a hospice, look no further.
Relocated to SoCal in 2024 and needed a hospice for my ailing 87-yr old uncle who was deaf. Met with staff at Olympia and they seemed caring at the time. Little did I know what would happen 18 months. My uncle ended up getting strangled by one of the employees and his watch stolen. Currently suing this fraudulent facility.
Absolutely do not use this hospice care under any circumstances. They accidentally filed my aunt as dead, and we lost all her benefits, and I had to figure out how to "undead" her. They were assigned to our family from the Methodist Hospital. I was a caregiver for my aunt. She had stage four cancer and did not want to live. I have recently chosen Olympia hospice care to manage care for my mother and I am very pleased with their service. All staff and management are very attentive and compassionate towards my mom and explain everything detailed and professionally to my family. During the three weeks of care we have received there has not been a time where I am not aware of what’s going on. Thank you Olympia for your great service.
