Great place to live
Great owner and manager. Safe quite place to live
The man who identifies himself as the "manager" (but I'm told he's actually the "maintenance guy") is extremely aggressive toward people walking by (on the public sidewalk) and is an actual convicted predator. (The tenants are all about defending his behavior as well.) Stay far away from this place if you value your safety and peace of mind.
Here's the thing, rules and order are helpful when living somewhere. The hope is they weed out the "crazy neighbor" sorts that you'd likely encounter in your typical apartment complex. Unfortunately, rules can become overbearing and create unnecessary stress. The rules here keep the peace and quiet but will also keep you stressed and on your toes.
