I had been struggling with severe foot pain for years until I visited Michigan Avenue Podiatry in Flossmoor. The staff were incredibly professional, and Dr. Usman provided a comprehensive treatment plan that has completely alleviated my pain. He spent a lot of time reviewing my foot problems and even gave me his personal email in case I have to ask him any questions throughout my treatment. Highly recommend for anyone needing an expert podiatrist PS I was referred by my primary care doctor to see him
Based on the reviews, I decided to give this place a try. I had an appointment scheduled for my son today at 12:20pm. I received a call at 11:57am to tell me that that doctor won't be in and that I should call to reschedule. My son and I were walking out of the house and I have called back twice with no answer. I think that this is very unprofessional, we really needed this appointment and arrangements had been made accordingly. It is with pleasure that I write this review of my experience with Dr Mohammed Usman at Michigan Avenue Podiatry. I found him to be through, professional, knowledgeable and very personable. I always felt heard when discussing my issues of swollen ankles, flat feet, bunions and hammer toes. I particularly liked his conservative approach to foot surgery as we developed an alternative plan to surgery which included finding orthotics that I loved plus additional foot supports.
