We started our journey 3 month ago and alberto was our PT for a while .Such an amazing trainer ,professional as well as friendly .Still today whenever he’s free ,he comes and look after us .Help and guide us .Thanks to him we are still hanging to fitness and continue ..He is good humanbeing..♥️
Albert is a fantastic personal trainer and motivator. I had never lifted weights or gone to the gym much prior to working with Albert however he was very patient in showing me how to use all the equipment and the different exercises that would be good for me. He also put together a detailed fitness plan for me to follow. My strength and fitness has improved so much since working with Albert. He is extremely knowledgeable and generous with sharing his knowledge about fitness and training tips with clients. Thank you Albert!
I extremely like the trainer Albert , he is not only very professional and kind but showed great initiative to help me especially he found out that I am in a lot medical conditions he encouraged me so much that I gradually build up confidence and keep working hard towards muscle and can see improvement in all aspects… highly recommended
