We had excellent service today! The technicians name was Bobby. He was so professional and checked everything thoroughly for us. He fixed our fireplace and had us up and running in no time. He also explained everything to us as he was doing it as I was uncomfortable using the fireplace. Let me just tell you he put my mind at ease and I look forward to enjoying our fireplace from now on. I highly recommend Bobby. Thank you again for your wonderful service!
My wife and I started to do research on natural gas inserts and free standing fire places several months ago back in October 2024. We had a vague idea of what we wanted. We met up with Elizabeth at the Chehalis office to discuss options. Elizabeth was very helpful and knowledgeable about their product line which was very helpful in making our decisions. Todd came out and took time to find out what problems were occurring by asking questions. He was following up on work that had failed from service done earlier by someone else. Kind, apologetic and thorough. Grateful for his expertise. Will be always asking for Todd in the future. Thanks for fixing our pellet stove!
