We bought our spa here, they converted and have serviced our fireplace. Prices for spa chemicals are less than on line. Highly recommend them.
We recently had a service call from Todd at Olympia Fireplace & Spa, and I wanted to recognize the outstanding service we received. Their technician "Bob" came and replaced the heater on our hot tub. He was very professional yet cordial and made quick work of replacing the heater. He then addressed a leak coming from a line over the pump. Plus gave some very expert advice on how to keep it running optimally. I would highly recommend getting Bob out for any maintenance or repair you need for you Spa.
Our new home had a fireplace we couldn’t turn on. Our inspection report suggested it’d need a new blower and had messed up wiring; so we thought we’d be out a bunch of $$$$. Called Olympia fireplace & spa. Heather the sales rep was extremely helpful and scheduled an appointment for a few days later. The technician was awesome! Cleaned it up, showed us how to operate it and got it running like new. These guys have integrity and exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!!
