My experience with Olympia Fireplace and Spa in downtown Olympia was extremely disappointing. We found a floor model we were interested in and asked the salesperson, Jordan, for an estimate. He told us he would have it to us that afternoon. Five days later, we still had nothing. During that time I called, emailed, and left multiple messages just trying to get the estimate he had already promised. I just wanted to share that you have a hero on your staff. His name is Bobby Allen and he saved the ladies life across the street from me. He noticed she wasn’t acting quite right and called 911 and then he got myself and my other neighbor. Give him a medal. He deserves it.
Great service. I couldn't get my pilot light to work. Bobby knew exactly what to do. It wasn't easy because of the position of my stove but he did it. Had to change out a battery that was corroded. Very pleasant to work with. And, they got me on the calendar asap.
We are getting ready for fireplace season, and want to be sure our gas fireplaces are working correctly. We can always count on Olympia Fireplace to help, and this year the company continues to provide excellent service. Eric came out and spent a lot of time meticulously making sure our fireplaces were in good shape. He explained everything to us, was very nice and extremely professional. I highly recommend this company.
We had excellent service today! The technicians name was Bobby. He was so professional and checked everything thoroughly for us. He fixed our fireplace and had us up and running in no time. He also explained everything to us as he was doing it as I was uncomfortable using the fireplace. Let me just tell you he put my mind at ease and I look forward to enjoying our fireplace from now on.
