I have been trying for 4 months to get a refund owed to me for $398.67. I have jumped through a new hoop every time I talk to them. I was given a tracking number January 29th and never heard again, despite trying to get updates. Extremely discouraging.
My first visit to the ER & everyone was wonderful. The DO & PA I talked to were thorough & courteous. Thank you for taking care of me.
You guys are the worst because of your front desk workers that have no what's so ever compation towards the customers and every single one of them were rude and pushy and one of them got right up in my face when I had to put my dog down please if you want to get any better reviews,then please get rid of everybody at the front desk, the vets are great but anyone at the front desk needs to go
I present to the er for a miscarry and was forced by another women to get shots i didnt consent to receiving and thousands of dollars for care that wasn't necessary for my condition. And I did have insurance.
