STAY AWAY from this company!!! overpricing and cost gouging over services billed to your insurance co and your pocket book! OESP is extremely clever at how they over bill for services thru their sister company Multi care and then thru OESP-this is why our insurance is so expensive! A basic visit for a sore throat turned out to be nearly $3400 of billing with their sister companjy Multi Care/OESP What a racket! A tough lesson learned.
I have been trying for 4 months to get a refund owed to me for $398.67. I have jumped through a new hoop every time I talk to them. I was given a tracking number January 29th and never heard again, despite trying to get updates. Extremely discouraging.
My first visit to the ER & everyone was wonderful. The DO & PA I talked to were thorough & courteous. Thank you for taking care of me.
You guys are the worst because of your front desk workers that have no what's so ever compation towards the customers and every single one of them were rude and pushy and one of them got right up in my face when I had to put my dog down please if you want to get any better reviews,then please get rid of everybody at the front desk, the vets are great but anyone at the front desk needs to go
