I feel very fortunate to have my dental care provided by Dr. Wan and his staff. Every one of them is welcoming, professional, and competent. The staff remembers who I am and previous conversations that we've had; Dr. Wan remembers details from my previous 6month visit such as the the trip we were planning to take. Most of all, I trust the dental care and experience of Dr. Wan and Evangelina, the dental hygienist.

Beware! This office overcharge for services. They give you treatment that you don't need. On top of that, they surprise billing for the services that you already pay.

I have to agree with all the other reviews about this office and the office manager. Horrible experience, I should have listened to the reviews. Save your money and the headache, find an office that cares about your oral health, not just your money. I used to be a patient here when Diana managed the office. The new office manager has no idea what she’s doing and is extremely condescending and rude. Not an inviting atmosphere anymore sadly. Do better Olympia Dental Center.

I urge people to avoid this office. To start they’re not in network with insurance companies! So you will be paying for the majority of your treatment out of pocket! They also have increasingly high office fees! Over $2,000 for a crown is ridiculous. I signed my treatment plan, was told my insurance would pay some of my treatment costs, all for the doctor to add an additional $800 while I was sitting in the chair getting worked on!
