I recently had to have the bumper replaced on my 2018 Honda after a blown tire punched a hole in my bumper. My insurance company sent me to Olympia Collision Repair Center. I was worried - this is a 2018 - NEW van, I didn’t want it to come back looking less than NEW. Not only did the center do an outstanding job, but they were always incredibly helpful and friendly. The team at Olympia Collision did a great job on my car within the promised schedule and bent over backwards to make the process as painless as possible (ride home, and sent technicians to help me with a small, associated problem). I am very pleased with their service and if the need arises (I hope not) would use them again. Very Satisfied Customer
I brought my car here to have work done to it after I was sideswiped on the highway. they did a good job on the work that they did but they did not fix everything that they said they're going to. When I came to pick up the car they said that some of the work was not from the accident and it was previous damage. this was not the case. they were not honest about the work that they were supposed to do. if you want your car fixed correctly I would suggest using a different shop
In early November 2018 another driver side-swiped the left fender area of my Honda CRV. No one was hurt, but there was considerable damage specifically around the left rear fender. Fortunately, the individual who hit my car agreed that the best place to take the car for repair was Olympia Collision. A few years ago, they repaired my Lexus, and did a fabulous job. Highly highly recommend! I unfortunately have been in two collisions in the past year but discovered Olympia Auto Collision. The quality of work is great, staff makes you feel welcome, they keep you updated and they are fast! They worked with my insurance company and made getting a rental a breeze. Seriously the best shop around.
Great Service I am a previous customer who came in today for minor body repair unrelated to my former collision. Ron addressed the problem in 10 minutes and I was not charged. I was thrilled with the service they provided. I highly recommend this business.
