I needed the oil drain plug fixed. They charged me $410 for a 2 hour inspection of the vehicle. Like i needed someone to tell me my windshield wipers, horn, and headlights worked?? Oh, don't forget the tire pressure. I had initially agreed to have them do a tune up and replace a steering bushing and the valve cover gaskets. This is a dishonest and untrustworthy business. My VW Golf wagon was losing power and an engine alert came on as I approached Olympia on my twice weekly commute to Olympia from Seattle for work - this was the Wednesday befor this past Labor Day weekend.
