I had a $600 bill that I was paying on monthly and they still sent my account to a TERRIBLE collection company "Evergreen Professional Recoveries" where I ended up double paying monthly because they outsource their bills. I was on auto-payments with a $45 balance and they sent it to collections. Terrible, terrible communication.

I sent in a payment for what I could afford. Received a call they don’t accept payments. I had to pay in full by 60 days from the date of service (even though I just received the bill). That gave me three days to come up with the money or it was going to collections. Not sure why payments aren’t accepted. I have never worked with a medical office that doesn’t. Including other anesthesiologists. This is terrible practice. Providers should not use this business.

Had surgery in mid-2017, was billed early 2018. Worked it out and paid. Then, I received another set of bills late 2018. I called and told them I wouldn’t be paying for it again, so they took me to Collections. I sent them statements showing I paid to Olympic Anesthesia Associates, and the bills stopped. Now, mid 2019, the bills started up again. I keep getting excuses about their billing programs changing, but that is an issue for them to figure out, not for the customer/patient to deal with. I had surgery in June 2016. It is now 11/17. I am just now receiving a bill. What kind of a business operates like this. I am sure I owe the amount billed but I should have received the bill at least a year ago.
