Great Company. The mechanics are knowledgeable, and the manager Chris goes out of his way to help the customer. They explained the issues with my truck got me a great price on parts and the repair was done quickly. I can't say enough good things about Chris and his team! I've found my local mechanic!!!
The manager is amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone. Have done business with them 3 times, and I have nothing but good things to say. Very miltary friendly.
Took a little longer than I would have liked(they get a lot of business) but they were super friendly, job was done, and the pricing was fair. Will be back in the future.
I have done business with this company for several years now and never once have they ripped me off. I highly recommend this place. Don't believe me? Try Bob Swope Ford of Elizabethtown and see how much they charge just to take a look at your vehicle. Even if they were in the wrong, Bob Swope Ford still charges $69+ for whatever the issue is. I am definitely going to continue to come here instead. If you're wise, you'll be sure to do the same.
That is 100 percent not true. See I was here then and my name is Chris and that stuff will not happen at my store... If you have time to stop in and show me the proof (i know you don't have) I will refund you all your money and give you a free oil change... ask around about me even the part stores recommend me... I don't advertise, 90% of my work is all word of mouth...
My elderly mother went there for an oil change on her new (bought 2 months ago 2012 ford) less than 800 miles and was sold new wiper blades, cabin filter, air filter. Why would you do that to someone
Super honest now. Since Jerry has left it couldn't be any better. FYI Jerry is in trouble with the IRS.
FINALLY, I have found a place that doesnt rip you off. I had been coming to this place off and on for several years. When Jerry was there we often got the run around, even felt ripped off. But we bought tires and other things with warranties. Then this new manager took over and he is great. Was very nice to my wife. Fixed some past problems. Suggested things to be done later. Our cars have never been better. Thanks Dan for finding a quality manager.
