Sophie is a great trainer, and her prices are more affordable than many personal trainers in town ($60/hr with discounts for packages). She helped me learn all the compound lifts with proper form, and did a lot of helpful warmup/accessory work to prepare for heavier lifts. Highly recommended!

Sophie is so incredibly kind, patient and knowledgeable! After just 1 session I feel so educated and comfortable doing more training at home and in her studio. Highly recommend for anyone who has a body:)

This is the place you want to be! After numerous surgeries I was really hesitant and scared to start working out again. Sophie has been patient and knowledgeable with helping me through some difficult movements. I feel stronger and more confident with each class. The mobility exercise have been so beneficial! Whatever fitness level you are at anyone would definitely benefit from her classes.
