The company and owner lack professionalism and ability to meet basic requirements of the lease. I had several calls with the owner, multiple of which she started yelling her head off at me and trying to insult me. All I had requested from the company was to fix leaks and other maintenance within the lease terms that she was responsible for in a timely manner.
