She is extremely uncaring and likes to interrupt you. I know that I do have anxiety and depression but determined that I could potentially be bipolar based on a singular comment I made about it IN THE FIRST 15 MINUTES. Now, personally that seems unprofessional and uncaring to do towards someone with anxiety. She likes to ask questions about how you are doing on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being you need to be hospitalized. She makes you scared to be honest and likes to rush the meetings. Do not go to her.
Spent 4 maybe 5 months with this “doctor”. Dont let this review detour you away from finding REAL doctors who actually care but this one doesn’t. In fact, I think she enjoys causing melt downs. She gave a “diagnosis “ 10 minutes into a virtual appointment and months later when I asked “how are you sure I have this?” After trialing meds, she says “ I’m sure you still have it”. First off my very first appointment with this rude lady was at 4pm today. It was a video appointment. She called me at 10 am when I was on the road with my dog going to the dog park. I made my appointment with her because of my anxiety. After our conversation was finished my anxiety was through the roof. She kept interrupting me first of all. I have been seeing Dr. Brimmo for 10 months now and I find her to be an incredibly caring, thorough, and knowledgeable practitioner. There was even one time I forgot about an appointment and she messaged me herself on MyChart later that day just checking in to make sure I was okay, offering moral support, and seeing if I needed anything. She has me on new medication that is working remarkably well after struggling for years to find something effective. Believe what you read. I am filling a complaint with Medical board, my insurance company and Franciscan Health. I almost want to leave their network and two other doctors that are great. I won’t see any other doctors within their network. I don?t know how she can make a diagnosis after a 30 min video call. Her questions and comments are disrespectful and rude.
