My wife and I were allowed to visit together, convenient because she doesn't drive. We had e-checked in so didn't have to fill out anything, however the appointment time, which allowed 15 minutes for check-in, was not revised. This HMH procedure doesn't give patients any reward for e-check-in. The intake personnel said they couldn't change the procedure. Dr. Carrena was pleasant and proficient.

Have not run into a rude person or heard a cross word from anyone I have had dealings with here. They have been professional, caring and concerned with my health care. I really appreciate having been referred to Dr Carrenna's office
