Olthoff homes at Palmira is a great up and coming community. Its really accessible and close to all major areas. Extremely safe and family friendly neighborhood. It was our first home and home buying experience and olthoff home and its team made it so easy and enjoyable.
We moved here from Wisconsin and after looking at a number of homes, we were drawn to Olthof. We have had a pleasant experience with them from the very first time we met with Kara at the model home to the minor things we have needed adjusted/fixed after moving in. Everyone at Olthof has been very responsive and easy to work with. Many problems. water comes inside on raining days and accumulates puddles in garage. ugly gaps on window frames, missing paint and cracks on bathroom floor... According to their customer service, windows, doors, fascia, siding are expected to have problems during bad weather...
