I build some of the homes here for the builders an great place to live, fair an great quality
We just bought a house in December 2024. The sales process was okay. The trim package was a bit misleading as it said two different things on the sales agreement. Be sure to clarify everything to know exactly what you are getting. The house is above average from a quality perspective, but is definitely over priced for what you get due to the market climate.
