After several months of searching, I found my new home in Belmont Woods. The location is great and my house is beautiful! I wanted lots of windows and light plus an open floor plan for entertaining. Kara, Ryan and Del have been terrific and I know I will be happy for years to come!
Gotta say that I’m pretty disappointed in the way a leaking roof gets handled with Olthof. It’s been 2 and a half months since the leak started and it’s leaking worse now than when it started. The sense of urgency with an issue like this is absolutely unacceptable. Maybe this review will get them to take these types of issues a little more seriously.

We are the second residents of Belmont Woods moving in back in May and we absolutely love it. Location is amazing being just off 469, close to town but the feel of being towards the country. Our home experience has been great. Kara was fabulous as we looked through houses, signed and closed. Ryan the construction manager is fantastic. Any problem we have or question is quickly answered. Our home is beautiful and we are excited to be here.
