Jonathan went above and beyond to find exactly what I was looking for in exactly the right area. Made the closing process seamless and easy especially considering I live 3 hours away. He then followed up months later to be sure I wasn’t assessed higher than I should be for property taxes and assisted with an appeal. Knowledgeable, conscientious, thorough and in addition a really nice guy!
I highly recommend our RE agent Jonathan Oltersdorf for your clients if they do not have an agent. He did 23 showings and managed the property since my brother is in Florida and I am in San Francisco and put in a strong effort for a property needing manager renovations.
