Jonathan went above and beyond to find exactly what I was looking for in exactly the right area. Made the closing process seamless and easy especially considering I live 3 hours away. He then followed up months later to be sure I wasn’t assessed higher than I should be for property taxes and assisted with an appeal. Knowledgeable, conscientious, thorough and in addition a really nice guy!
I highly recommend our RE agent Jonathan Oltersdorf for your clients if they do not have an agent. He did 23 showings and managed the property since my brother is in Florida and I am in San Francisco and put in a strong effort for a property needing manager renovations. He is also very knowledgeable for deal negotiations.
Jonathan is an excellent realtor, and my husband and I would gladly recommend him. He responded VERY promptly to our questions, and used text, phone, and email to make sure we were informed all through our business relationship. He also showed us locations with custom messages that had "pins" dropped on maps to highlight various features of the Suttons Bay and Glen Arbor areas. He is very knowledgeable about Leelanau real estate; gives sound advice on what to look for and what to avoid; and is friendly and professional.

We contracted Oltersdorf Realty to sell my mother's home in Traverse City. The team put together a great plan, implemented it expertly, and the home sold within a week, for six percent more than the listing price.
