Steve and Jen and company are the real deal when it comes to service and advice. I've literally saved thousands of dollars listening to Steve walk me through minor and not so minor repairs. And Jen is much more than the front desk person: she knows everything there is to know about Big Bear and is happy to help. Whether full time, second home, or vacation rental, Olson has you covered. And good luck to them in the expansion. Well deserved.
Olson's Spa Services has been servicing my Vacation Rental spas for 18 years. He is very responsive, easy to communicate with and is very knowledgeable regarding service, repairs, and maintenance of all types of spas. Steve has done my rental and my second home for years. Always professional, fair and trustworthy. I bought 3 or 4 spas over 15 years with him. Great guy. One small story: When I first bought my cabin, I accidentally let my backdoor open and I was on my way home. I called Steve and he went up and totally took care of it. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and always welcome.
Olson spa service is the go to for sales service and repairs or if you just simply need parts. I’ve been using Steve Olson for many years and couldn’t be happier, I’d highly recommend calling Olson spas the first time and save yourself the time and money elsewhere. There the most affordable, they stand behind there spas and will treat you right .
