Olson's Spa Services has been servicing my Vacation Rental spas for 18 years. He is very responsive, easy to communicate with and is very knowledgeable regarding service, repairs, and maintenance of all types of spas. He has also helped me relocate hot tubs and I have purchased a number of used spas from him, all which are still working perfectly! Steve has done my rental and my second home for years. Always professional, fair and trustworthy. I bought 3 or 4 spas over 15 years with him. Great guy. One small story: When I first bought my cabin, I accidentally let my backdoor open and I was on my way home. I called Steve and he went up and totally took care of it. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and always welcome.
Olson spa service is the go to for sales service and repairs or if you just simply need parts. I’ve been using Steve Olson for many years and couldn’t be happier, I’d highly recommend calling Olson spas the first time and save yourself the time and money elsewhere. There the most affordable, they stand behind there spas and will treat you right .
We’ve had an excellent experience with Olson Spa. They service our jacuzzi regularly and do an outstanding job keeping it clean, safe, and running perfectly. The water is always fresh, crystal clear, and properly treated, you can tell they take real pride in their work and don’t cut corners.
