I used to buy my spa supplies from another vendor in big bear but they were always out of everything I needed. I went to Olsens and they had everything i needed in stock. Jennifer was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful! My go-to place!
Awesome service, upfront pricing, and super welcoming staff
We visited another dealer for the Artisan Captiva jacuzzi--a dealer close to us in the greater Los Angeles area--and we almost fell for their nicey-nicey but high pressure pitch. We left their place, though, without buying and then checked their online reviews. They were AWFUL, the worst reviews we've ever read. No way did we want to buy from them.
