Great service Have been going to this store for years as they always find the parts I need for my older model Simplicity tractor. Staff is very helpful, prices are competitive. Would recommend to others.
great service My husband has gone here several times for parts for our various lawn care equipment & the staff is very knowledable on all makes and models of equipment. If they don't have it they can order it for you.
I would have given this review negative stars if I could. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a small business. I have held many jobs that provide customer service and am all too familiar with earning customers' satisfaction. That is why I support my small local businesses. We had a HORRIBLE experience with Olson's. Their customer service was rude and anything but what they say on their website: " Olson's prides itself on its customer service—we know how important it is to be taken care of and to have someone you can trust. " When taking our zero turn machine to them they tuned it up and delivered it without our knowledge and left it sitting outside of our house with the paperwork. Great customer service and honest family owned business!
I have been using Olson's Outdoor Power Equipment for 15 years. I have always get great advice on which equipment to buy, low cost timely repairs on any piece of lawn and garden equipment, and have rec'd fair pricing on any new equipment. I can't say enough about their honesty, intergrity and friendly attitudes. If you don't stop here b-4 you buy or repair, your are making a mistake. Greg & Serita (sp) will not disappoint you if you stop in.
